## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in broadcast engineering, media production, or similar environments
 * Experience with VMware or other virtualized infrastructure platforms
 * Background supporting live production, broadcast operations, or other 24/7 critical systems

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with technologies such as Evertz, Grass Valley, Ross, Avid, Dalet, Vizrt, ENPS, or similar
 * SDI, NDI, and/or ST 2110
 * Newsroom, production, or media asset management systems
 * Broadcast infrastructure and signal flow
 * Networking, storage, Windows Server, and Active Directory

Ideal Candidate:

 * Strong broadcast engineering foundation
 * Experience supporting television, live production, sports, or media environments
 * Comfortable working onsite in DFW
 * Hands-on problem solver who thrives in operational environments

Note: Candidates with backgrounds focused solely on cloud, software development, databases, or enterprise IT without broadcast/media experience are unlikely to be a fit.

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Engineer in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)., We're seeking a Systems Engineer to support a high-availability broadcast and media production environment. This role will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production systems, infrastructure, and workflows that support live operations., * Support and administer broadcast and production technology systems

 * Troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
 * Implement technology upgrades and workflow improvements
 * Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
 * Partner with production and business teams to deliver reliable solutions
