## About the Role

* 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
 * Deep hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow Asset Management, SAM Pro, CSDM, and CMDB solutions.
 * Strong experience developing and supporting enterprise ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
 * Experience assessing existing ServiceNow environments, developing implementation strategies, and delivering platform enhancements within complex enterprise environments.
 * Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS, ITSM, HRSD, SAM Pro, or ITOM), with multiple certifications strongly preferred.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

 * Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation within the ServiceNow platform.
 * Experience implementing or enhancing Employee Center and Service Portal capabilities.
 * Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other enterprise business systems.
 * Experience working within the insurance industry or another highly regulated enterprise environment.

## Description

Our client, a leading insurance organization, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance its enterprise ServiceNow platform. This individual will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on Asset Management, SAM Pro, CSDM, and CMDB. They will partner with cross-functional teams to build enterprise integrations, improve platform maturity, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and help define the technical approach for future ServiceNow initiatives. This role is ideal for a ServiceNow subject matter expert who can quickly assess the existing environment, drive enhancements, and make an immediate impact.
