## Description

Herdt Consulting is preparing to support a large-scale enterprise systems program for the U.S. Navy, delivering mission-critical ERP modernization, and optimization services across its supported commands. This program enables financial, supply chain, and procurement operations within a highly regulated DoD environment, requiring seamless alignment between business processes, technology, and data to ensure compliance, performance, and mission readiness., The Data Scientist / Palantir Data Engineer will design and build Palantir Foundry-based analytics and data engineering solutions supporting ERP+ migration, enabling large-scale data profiling, anomaly detection, reconciliation, and migration quality metrics., *
Pipeline & Analytics Development: Develop Foundry pipelines, analytics, and data engineering solutions specifically tailored for SAP migration.
*
Data Quality & Metrics: Build robust data quality dashboards, reconciliation controls, and migration metrics. Develop scalable profiling, cleansing, matching, and anomaly detection capabilities.
*
Systems Integration: Integrate SAP, Advana/Jupiter, Databricks, and other critical enterprise data sources to maintain data continuity.
*
Advanced Automation: Support process mining, AI/ML, automation, and data governance initiatives across the enterprise program.
*
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with migration, functional, and architecture teams to ensure seamless data delivery and system performance.
