## About the Role

Vous avez 3 ans d'expérience hors alternance sur un poste en support de proximité et ce, sur des environnements Microsoft.
Vous êtes autonome, avez de la rigueur et le sens du service.
Vous avez impérativement le permis B. Un véhicule sera mis à votre disposition pour les déplacements.

## Description

Vous serez le seul représentant de la DSI à gérer nos 4 sites en région Nord Est (Vigneulles-les-Hattonchâtel (55), Benestroff (55), Metz (57), Les Nouvions 02).
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Assurer le support N2 aux utilisateurs (via de la PMAD principalement mais également en proximité).
Assurer le suivi des demandes et incidents via l'outil EasyVista.
Gérer les arrivées et départs de nos collaborateurs (Gestion sur l'AD).
Gérer la préparation des postes de travail via SCCM.
Gérer notre flotte mobile via INTUNE.
Assurer les gestes de proximité sur nos équipements réseau (switch CISCO …) et nos serveurs WINDOWS.
