## About the Role

* Eight (8) years relevant experience, including at least five (5) years supporting IT contract transitions or incumbent takeovers.
 * Experience leading complex IT transitions.
 * Knowledge of service desk/NOSC, ITSM, cyber, asset management, and cloud transition activities.
 * Knowledge and understanding of DoD 8140 requirements.
 * Ability to manage multi-company transition teams.
 * Strong documentation, schedule, and risk-management skills.

Certifications

 * 8140 Aligned IT Operations role.
 + BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.

OR at least one of these

 * Security X/ CASP+
 * DAWIA PM Practitioner
 * GSEC
 * Security + preferred, * BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering., The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. ## Description

* Develop and execute the transition-in plan
 * Coordinate with Government, incumbent.
 * Track transition risks and milestones.
 * Manage knowledge capture.
 * Validate GFE/GFI and asset baselines.
 * Establish Day 1 staffing posture.
 * Oversee transition reporting.
 * Prepare transition-out artifacts and processes for future contract closeout.
