## About the Role

* Must be proficient in the operations of EPS
 * Problem solving skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
 * Able to multi-task
 * Must provide excellent customer service
 * Should be able to type proficiently (greater than 40 words per minute)
 * Must have a strong understanding of Pharmacy Operations Must have excellent listening skills

Preferred Skills:

 * High School diploma or equivalent.
 * Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
 * Certified Pharmacy Technician, tech specialist preferred, but not required. Must have knowledge of the EPS pharmacy application with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

## Description

Reporting to the Manager, Pharmacy Systems Support, this position is responsible for support and development functions within the Pharmacy Systems Department in Boise, ID. This includes, but is not limited to, performing Tier 2 business support to store teams running EPS, being a liaison to IT support at both the Tier 2 and Tier 3 level, testing EPS development releases, participating in development releases as part of a project team, capable of performing user acceptance testing on EPS, writing test plans, and miscellaneous other tasks as assigned by Pharmacy Systems team management.

 * Customer Service
 * Answer EPS Procedural Questions
 * Troubleshoot Procedural questions vs. Software Errors
 * Performing Tier 2 Business support via direct store calls, call escalations from the Tier 1 service desk, and from other central support areas.
 * Communications with store teams regarding program enhancements.
 * Perform testing on EPS release cycles
 * Support other central support areas on EPS functions
 * Must demonstrate competence and desire to assist store teams on many operational issues
 * Must be able to handle projects with little to no direction.
 * Must be able to handle negative feedback and turn it into a positive outcome.
 * Demonstrates a willingness and ability to learn and develop strong EPS testing skills. Demonstrates a willingness and ability to learn how to effectively create comprehensive test plans that can be utilized by other team members.
