## Description

The Data Governance Analyst will support the Enterprise Data Management Program with a focus on our Data Governance practice and its underlying data analysis needs. This individual partners closely with multiple lead roles within the Program to identify needs and owns/supports the curation of enterprise metadata and Business Glossary terms with business data stewards, ensuring alignment between technical and business definitions. It performs advanced data analysis, profiling, and cross-source validation to identify anomalies, support data quality rules and controls, and drive issue documentation and escalation. The position maintains governance artifacts and meeting records, investigates data issues to produce clear, actionable insights, and supports in setting up workshops and change-management efforts that strengthen metadata management, data quality, and data literacy across the organization.
