## Description

Technical Support

 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to surveillance systems (CCTV), intercoms, door phones, access control systems, and alarms
 * Provide support via phone, TeamViewer, Zendesk, and email
 * Assist customers with both remote and in-person hardware and software troubleshooting

Hardware Diagnosis

 * Test and evaluate potentially defective equipment to identify and resolve issues effectively

Documentation & Process

 * Maintain accurate records in internal systems and follow established support protocols
 * Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
