This position is approximately 75% remote Help Desk support and 25% onsite client support, traveling to client offices from Edmonds to Tacoma. What You'll DoHelp Desk (Approximately 75%) * Answer and resolve incoming support requests by phone, email, and remote support * Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 computers and laptops * Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive * Configure new computers and user accounts * Troubleshoot printers, scanners, peripherals, and mobile devices * Resolve password, MFA, and account access issues * Document work thoroughly in our ticketing system * Escalate complex issues when appropriate * Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction Field Support (Approximately 25%) Travel to client locations throughout the Puget Sound area to: * Deploy new computers and workstations * Install monitors, printers, docking stations, and peripherals * Troubleshoot network connectivity and Wi-Fi issues * Install and replace networking equipment * Perform preventative maintenance * Assist with office moves and technology deployments * Work directly with physicians, executives, and office staff * Represent LVITPros professionally at every client site, No * This position requires travel to client sites between Edmonds and Tacoma several times each week.
