## About the Role

This role will troubleshoot complete PC systems and CORSAIR products, including hardware, software, installation, compatibility, firmware, and performance issues. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and troubleshooting desktop computers and can clearly explain technical solutions to customers., * Hands-on experience building, upgrading, or repairing desktop computers.

 * Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows, drivers, BIOS or UEFI, and common diagnostic procedures.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers of all experience levels.
 * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
 * Ability to remain patient and professional during difficult customer interactions.
 * Ability to work on-site in Milpitas, California., * Previous technical support, help desk, computer repair, or customer service experience.
 * Familiarity with CORSAIR hardware and software.
 * Experience supporting customers through phone, chat, or ticketing systems.
 * Experience using Oracle or similar customer service and order-management systems is a plus.

## Description

* Provide technical support through inbound phone calls and live chat.
 * Troubleshoot PC components, including memory, power supplies, cooling systems, storage, motherboards, processors, graphics cards, cases, fans, and peripherals.
 * Assist with Windows, BIOS settings, drivers, firmware, device detection, and CORSAIR software.
 * Guide customers through installation, configuration, compatibility, and troubleshooting steps.
 * Identify defective products and assist with warranty or replacement processes.
 * Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshooting performed.
 * Escalate complex or unresolved issues when necessary.
 * Maintain strong productivity, documentation, and customer satisfaction results.
