Preferred Qualifications * CompTIA A+ certification, or actively working toward it. * Exposure to NetSuite / RF Smart, RingCentral, or Microsoft 365 administration. * Familiarity with device imaging and deployment. ## Description The IT Support Technician is the first point of contact for end-user technology support at Mann Lake Bee & Ag Supply. This on-site, entry-level role resolves common day-to-day computer and account issues, provisions and deploys new computers, and ensures all work is logged and routed through the ticketing system.
