## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EMR Informaticist / Clinical Informaticist to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. The ideal candidate will bridge clinical operations and IT to improve workflows, system functionality, and patient care., * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Clinical Discipline, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.

 * Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment through:
 * Clinical Informatics
 * Health IT
 * Clinical Systems Support
 * Direct Clinical Practice
 * Experience supporting enterprise EHR platforms such as:
 * Epic
 * Cerner
 * Meditech
 * WellSky
 * Other enterprise healthcare systems
 * Strong understanding of:
 * Clinical workflows
 * Healthcare operations
 * Clinical documentation
 * Regulatory compliance
 * Experience with:
 * EHR implementation
 * System configuration
 * Workflow optimization
 * User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 * Go-Live Support
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clinicians and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Direct clinical experience (Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, etc.)
 * Clinical or Health Informatics Certification
 * Experience supporting clinical device integrations including bedside monitoring devices and IV pumps.

## Description

* Support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the hospital's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across multiple clinical departments.
 * Analyze clinical and operational workflows, translating business and clinical needs into system configurations and process improvements.
 * Design, build, and maintain clinical documentation tools including templates, order sets, and clinical decision support solutions.
 * Participate in unit testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness, production support, and post-implementation optimization activities.
 * Deliver end-user training while collaborating with clinical and technical teams to improve workflow efficiency, data quality, EHR adoption, and patient care outcomes.
