Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 3+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or technical analysis OR Master's Degree in a related field, PLUS 1+ years of professional experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 7+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience in lieu of a degree., Signals & TechELINT Exposure: Prior exposure to Technical Electronic Intelligence (TechELINT) data, signal parameters, or telemetry analysis.
RF & Communications Awareness: Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF), VHF/UHF, Digital Mobile Radio (DMR), or wireless communications protocols.
Modern Tooling: Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and popular Python data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
