## About the Role

* 5+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
 * 3+ years of hands-on Saviynt EIC administration or architecture.
 * Strong experience with:
 + Entra ID (Azure AD)
 + SSO, MFA, Conditional Access
 + RBAC, ABAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD)
 + Identity lifecycle automation
 * Experience with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, Python, and SQL.
 * Knowledge of Azure and hybrid identity environments.
 * Strong architecture, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Saviynt Certified Architect or Engineer.
 * Experience supporting regulated environments (FedRAMP, GCC High, DoD).
 * Experience with CyberArk, Okta, or other IAM/PAM platforms.
 * Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and modern identity frameworks.

## Description

* Design and maintain enterprise IAM architecture and roadmap.
 * Architect and administer Saviynt EIC including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Certifications, Role Engineering, SoD, and Application Onboarding.
 * Design RBAC models, Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, and identity governance solutions.
 * Build and optimize Saviynt connectors using REST APIs, JDBC, Active Directory, Azure, and SaaS applications.
 * Integrate Saviynt with HR systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
 * Implement authentication and provisioning technologies including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
 * Support Zero Trust initiatives, access governance, audit readiness, and compliance with CMMC and NIST 800-171.
 * Lead platform upgrades, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions.
