This person will work on critical enterprise initiatives and help optimize and enhance Salesforce environments. This is a hybrid role with 1 day / week on-site. Note: no C2C, subcontract or visa sponsorship of any kind is available for this role. The ideal candidate is a strategic Salesforce professional who understands the business needs behind technical requirements and can translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. This individual should favor configuration over unnecessary customization and be comfortable evaluating and improving existing vendor-delivered solutions. The Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and application development teams to improve the overall Salesforce environment and deliver intuitive solutions that support long-term business objectives.
