## About the Role

+ Strong Python backend development experience (or comparable backend language, with ability to read Python)
 + Modern JavaScript frontend experience (Vue preferred; React or Angular acceptable)
 + Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
 + GitLab and cloud deployment experience (AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform)
 + Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Codex, or similar)

## Description

* 1st round: 25-minute manager screening to assess communication skills and product leadership experience
 * 2nd round: 45-minute technical screening with an engineering resource, including a technical exercise

Additional Notes:

 * Remote employees must be available during core hours of 10 AM - 3 PM CST; remaining hours are flexible.
 * Candidates should expect AI tooling questions during the interview process.
 * Teams are actively adopting AI-enabled software development practices and seek engineers comfortable working in that environment.
