## Description

Join our team as a Field Support Level 1 in Fort Myers, FL.
This is an onsite, contract position where you''ll support IT operations across various locations.
You will be responsible for maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology infrastructure.
Proficiency with general technology systems and excellent customer service skills are essential., Collaborate with leadership to assess and deliver on hardware and software needs.
