If you are a curious professional with education or experience in data science, statistics, and machine learning, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly impactful, innovative and diverse team., * Master's degree required in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or another quantitative field., * 6 or more years of experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on machine learning and predictive modeling. * Strong proficiency with Python or R and relevant machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. * Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and risk assessment within an insurance environment. * Extensive experience working with relational databases (such as Microsoft SQL Server) and cloud-based data warehouses (such as Snowflake). * Advanced SQL skills for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. * Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. * This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd.
