This role combines solution architecture, software development, and technical thought leadership-from shaping use cases and architecture through configuration, custom development, integration, and production deployment. The ideal candidate brings direct Agentforce implementation experience, strong Salesforce engineering fundamentals, and the ability to guide clients and delivery teams through the responsible, scalable adoption of AI.
