Roles and Responsibilities will include: * Dispositioning and validating data from maintainers. * Working with responsible engineers to determine root cause of failure modes. * Working with control centers to update/correct maintainer-entered data as necessary. * Analyzing trending failure modes to generate recommendations. * Collaborate with other Product Support functions in support of wider analyses. * Lead customer meetings validating corrective action plan. * Coach team on root cause analysis and design/software change implementation. * Drive process improvements and streamlining. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position.
