## About the Role

nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures\n
\n- Experience in server technologies such as, thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity\n
\n- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent\n
\n- 5+ years experience with design and manufacturing processes\n
\n- 5+ years experience leading ODMs and other suppliers in the product development and manufacturing processes\n
\n- In depth expertise in one or more server technologies such as Thermal / Mechanical design, high speed bus design and signal integrity, failure analysis, server components (e.g. CPU, NIC, FPGA, GPU, SSDs, drives), BIOS, BMC, and networking\n
\n- Excellent written and oral communication skills\n
\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent\n
\n- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production\n
\n- 10+ years years hardware development with a focus on system / server development in compute and/or storage server architecture and design for large scale applications\n
\n- Expertise in early product definition and feature tradeoff analysis\n
\n- Experience with server validation and issue root causing\n
\n- Experience with deploying and operating hardware and applications across large data centers\n
\n- Proficient scripting, debug abilities, and Linux operations commands\n
