The Technical Analyst will help prioritize user requirements, oversee system changes, research new tools and technologies, and develop technical specifications for the development team. This role will also identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks in collaboration with developers while helping ensure strong system performance, reliability, and security. This position reports directly to the Technical Manager.
