This position will be responsible for understanding and analyzing data within our core HR Information System (HRIS) and its downstream impacts across other HR verticals, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance, Compensation, and Engagement (e.g., UKG, iCIMS, Cornerstone, and others). The ideal candidate will have experience working within HRIS software, automated reporting, and payroll-adjacent system support. This position will report into the Head of HR Systems, Operations & Analytics and will be based in our New York office.
