## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or project management.
 * Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
 * 10+ years managing medium and large-scale complex projects or programs.
 * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
 * Solid understanding of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall), tools (MS Project Center / Online), and best practices.
 * Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve challenges effectively. Additional Preferred Qualifications:
 * Ability to understand enterprise architectural concepts.
 * Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams.
 * Excellent overall understanding of various IT projects: Server and Storage technology (physical/virtual/cloud), Network Infrastructure (WAN/LAN/VoIP/Network Monitoring), Security, Disaster Recovery, Productivity Tools (M365/O365), End User Computing, and Enterprise-wide Applications (Microsoft D365, Snowflake, Power BI, etc). ## Description

+ Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
 * Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in partnership with business and technical stakeholders
 * Develop and implement project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
 * Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project objectives.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
 * Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive project progress and resolve issues.
 * Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.
 * Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to optimize project delivery and ensure profitability.
