The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of enterprise CRM solutions while providing technical leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities., * 10+ years of experience in CRM/Enterprise Applications. ## Description * Define end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights. * Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional designs, prioritizing standard platform capabilities with judicious use of customizations. * Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical consultations with business and technical stakeholders. * Architect Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including entity models, workflows, security models, user experience, and Dataverse architecture. * Design scalable Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Custom Pages) using Dataverse and Azure Services. * Drive the adoption of Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), and Copilot-enabled solutions. * Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Services, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and external systems using Azure services, middleware, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Power Automate, and custom connectors. * Architect AI-driven solutions using AI Builder, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, and custom Copilot plugins to enable intelligent automation and conversational experiences. * Drive adoption of Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales Insights, Customer Service Copilot, and Finance Copilot. * Establish governance, security, environment strategy, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices. * Govern solution quality through architecture reviews, documentation, peer code reviews, coding standards, templates, and alignment with Microsoft best practices. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Functional Design Specifications, deployment documentation, design documents, and process guidelines. * Serve as the primary point of contact for build, deployment, and production support issues, ensuring timely resolution. * Review application, feature, and component designs to ensure compliance with architecture standards and optimize efficiency, cost, quality, and performance. * Validate solutions with business users, integrate and commission end-to-end solutions, and support release execution and monitoring. * Work closely with customer architects, product owners, and stakeholders to present design options, clarify requirements, conduct implementation reviews, and recommend business process improvements. * Contribute to presales activities, RFP responses, practice intellectual property (IP), reusable assets, UST accelerators, AI demonstrations, case studies, hackathons, internal seminars, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. * Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 releases, roadmap, licensing models, and newly released platform features. * Perform technical assessments for hiring, mentor development teams and junior leads, set team goals, provide feedback, and support employee engagement and technical growth. * Manage project delivery by supporting requirement analysis, effort estimation, sprint planning, defect management, documentation, status reporting, release management, and Agile ceremonies. * Identify technical risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities while recommending SMART solutions for complex technical problems., * 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). * Strong expertise in: + Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Insights) + Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) + Dataverse + Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Custom Pages) + AI Builder + Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) + Dynamics 365 Portals + Plugin and Custom Workflow Development + Azure Services and Azure OpenAI + Azure API Management + Active Directory (AD), ADFS, OAuth Authentication + Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) + REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Web Services + HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX + jQuery or other JavaScript frameworks + Google APIs + Agile methodology + Data loading tools + Production deployments and deployment troubleshooting + Cloud solution architecture and enterprise application design Role Expectations * Provide technical consultation for active projects. * Contribute to presales, sales engagements, and RFP responses. * Build practice IP and reusable assets. * Integrate and approve accelerators for Dynamics 365. * Build AI-powered CRM demonstrations. * Mentor and manage technical teams. * Conduct peer reviews and maintain high-quality engineering standards. * Continuously enhance technical, business, and domain knowledge through certifications, conferences, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. ##
