What You'll Do * Complete maintenance repairs in occupied and vacant rental units * Troubleshoot and repair appliances * Perform basic electrical repairs including switches, outlets, fixtures, and ceiling fans * Perform plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, disposals, drains, and supply lines * Complete carpentry tasks such as door adjustments, trim work, hardware installation, and minor framing repairs * Identify maintenance issues during inspections and recommend solutions * Work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines without sacrificing quality * Coordinate with office daily needs while in the field to include appointment reschedules, parts needs, no-shows, etc., No two maintenance problems are ever exactly the same.
