This role will help maintain a highly customized Salesforce platform supporting more than 300 users across multiple business units operating within a single Salesforce org. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a mature Salesforce ecosystem while collaborating with experienced administrators, developers, and cross-functional business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both technically curious and business-minded, someone who not only fulfills requests but also understands the broader business impact of platform changes. They are a big-picture thinker who can evaluate how a single enhancement or configuration may affect multiple teams, processes, and business units, helping ensure scalable, thoughtful solutions that support the organization's long-term objectives. The role will partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems to support automation, user requests, integrations, and system enhancements while ensuring platform stability, data integrity, security, and an exceptional user experience.
