Desired Qualifications: * Master's degree in a relevant field. * PMP or similar project management certification. ## Description CACI is seeking a Facilities and IT Requirements Deployment Lead to join our Workspace Solutions and Deployment team supporting the Department of Homeland Security. The Lead will oversee the deployment of IT and facility requirements across enterprise environments, managing technical project managers, deployment technicians, and business analysts. This role requires end-to-end project management, technical direction, and strict adherence to the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) throughout all phases, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards., * Lead and supervise technical project managers and business analysts to deliver facility and IT requirements on schedule and within scope. * Serve as the customer interface for the Workspace Solutions team. This includes the team of DSS Project Managers and Deployment Technicians * Direct all stages of project management, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, testing, and project closeout * Provide technical direction and oversight to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and customer expectations.
