* A 4-year bachelor's degree in a computer science.
 * This role requires an ability to work within teams.
 * At least 3 years of software administration experience is required for this job.
 * Ability to work independently and take direction.
 * Experience with Microsoft environments is essential for this position.

## Description

The primary job and function of the Network Administrator will be to implement, troubleshoot, and administer the computer network for the organization. This role will report to the Network Manager at the greater Los Angeles, California facility. Additionally, he or she must monitor the performance of the various systems and establish strong, effective relationships with his or her team members. The Network Administrator will additionally mange the maintenance and installation of new technologies while on-site at the LA facility. For this job, the Network Administrator will not have any direct reports, but will be expected to help on-board, train, and mentor new Network Administrators joining the greater Los Angeles team, * This role must establish software systems at the greater Los Angeles, California site. Additionally, he or she will have to help install and maintain those systems.

 * This position will perform any additional duties as assigned by the Network Manager.
 * This job must additionally maintain server backups and ensure that employees are acting within compliance of best practices for technology use within the company.
 * There is very minimal travel associated with this job.
