This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the design and user experience of a new startup initiative from inception to execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing intuitive, engaging, and innovative user interfaces that align with our business goals and user needs. Working closely with a small, talented team that includes a CTO developer and a product manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product's visual and functional aspects. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, providing an exciting platform for creative problem-solving and impactful design. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the UK's most successful entrepreneurs, including James Benamor, and other business specialists who will provide guidance and support throughout your journey. This role not only offers a chance to influence a new business but also to become a co-founder, giving you a significant stake in the company's future direction and success., Design and develop engaging user interfaces for mobile applications and web platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Translate business requirements into clear, compelling visual designs and prototypes. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs accordingly. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Maintain consistency in branding, style, and user experience across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality. Take ownership of the design process, from initial concepts through to final implementation, ensuring deadlines are met.
