You should be comfortable managing competing priorities, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, and guiding products from concept through delivery., * 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar Agile product management role. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across technical and business teams. * Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. * Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make informed product decisions. * Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Experience facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders and software development teams. * Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking. * Experience using Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting enterprise software or cloud-based applications. * Familiarity with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations. * Experience participating in product release planning, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities. * Exposure to CI/CD practices and Agile DevOps environments. * Experience with Tableau or other reporting and data visualization tools. * Ability to create business cases, process documentation, and product roadmaps. * Experience presenting updates and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams. * Exposure to enterprise monitoring or workload automation platforms is a plus. ## Description We are seeking a Product Owner to join a collaborative technology team responsible for delivering high-impact digital products and business solutions.
