In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required. * Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. * A deep understanding of network protocols and services [e.g., Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)]. * Proficiency with networking switching equipment and systems. * Proficiency with wireless and VPN implementations. * Familiarity with AI in troubleshooting network issues. * Strong experience with networking equipment. * Experience supporting a corporate network, maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing support to corporate IT departments. * Basic understanding of firewall principles and maintenance. * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. * Experience with Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) technologies. * Strong knowledge of network security practices and tools. * Experience with Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems. * Hands-on expertise with a wide variety of network related tools, concepts, technologies, best practices and security procedures. * Hands-on expertise with network hardware, protocols, and media including but not limited to Fiber Optics and Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP). * Hands-on experience with network automation platforms. * An understanding of zero trust networking principles. * Must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly. * Work primarily at a computer for extended periods. * Frequent use of hand/finger dexterity for computer work. * Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment. * Occasional travel may be required. * The ability to participate in afterhours on-call duties. ## Description Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for developing innovation solutions? You will work closely with senior engineers and other stakeholders to support the organization's networking needs.
