Certifications * DoD 8140 Aligned Technical Support/ Network Operations. + BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering. OR at least one of these * CEH * Cloud+ * GCIH * GICSP * GSEC * Security + (preferred) * SSCP, * Bachelors of Arts/Bachelors of Science, in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering., The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. ## Description * Lead NOSC operations. * Manage network monitoring and outage response. * Coordinate DISA circuit and commercial circuit issues. * Support VPN, routing, switching, wireless, and network device operations. * Ensure response to enterprise outages. * Coordinate tabletop exercises. * Provide twice daily or recurring service health reporting as required. * Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
