These engineers will work with an existing development team to deliver features and capabilities required for MVP release. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications from concept through deployment., * Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain front-end and back-end application components. * Integrate components, create new custom capabilities, and make modifications to existing codebases. * Participate in planning, requirements analysis, development, testing, and quality assurance across the full SDLC. * Conduct code reviews, participate in architecture sessions, and provide input on development best practices. * Support automation and optimization of operations and maintenance tasks. * Collaborate with the Product Owner, BA, and Test Engineer to ensure features meet functional and acceptance criteria. * Plan and execute application deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. * Ensure compliance with 508 accessibility, enterprise security practices, and other practices as needed. The position would be located at a government facility in Washington, D.C. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services. The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $145,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
