## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and automated testing frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automation testing, quality assurance best practices, and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvements., * 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

 * 5+ years of hands-on automation testing experience using Java and Selenium.
 * Proven experience developing and executing QA strategies for complex enterprise applications.
 * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, defect management, and QA best practices.
 * Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks, including BDD-driven UI automation.
 * Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment., * Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
 * Hands-on experience with PEGA applications.
 * Experience with Playwright automation testing.

## Description

We are currently seeking a Automation QA Engineer (Java/Selenium) to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US)., * Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Java and Selenium.

 * Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web applications and enterprise software.
 * Establish and promote QA standards, testing processes, and best practices across both manual and automated testing.
 * Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to define quality objectives, test strategies, and release readiness.
 * Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
 * Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
 * Track and report quality metrics, testing progress, and release risks to stakeholders.
 * Continuously identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation, and overall software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
