Technical Requirements (required and desired): * Experience with Windows-based laptops and desktop environments. * Familiarity with laptop imaging, deployment, configuration, and hardware setup. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. * Experience with asset management systems, barcode scanners, and inventory tracking tools preferred. * Basic troubleshooting skills for laptops, monitors, printers, docking stations, and peripherals. Education, Training or Certifications (required and desired): * High School Diploma or GED required. * Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. * CompTIA A+, HDI, or equivalent technical certification preferred. ## Description Deployment Technician needed to support laptop refresh, asset deployment, and technology modernization initiatives. The technician will be responsible for deploying, installing, configuring, and supporting Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), including laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and related peripherals for onsite and shipment for remote users. This position requires close coordination with deployment, inventory, warehouse, and support teams to ensure successful equipment delivery, installation, recovery, and asset accountability. Candidates must be available to support a rotating deployment schedule that includes both morning and evening/night deployment activities based on operational requirements and customer availability.
