And even better if you: * Have hands-on functional experience with CIS implementations. * Bring experience across the full project lifecycle, from initiation through post-implementation. * Have worked with or around utilities, regulated environments, or large enterprise system programs. * Have experience with automation tools, scripting languages, or test framework design. Experience and Skills to Qualify Include: * 8+ years of experience leading and managing testing for large CIS implementations or upgrades, including at least two full-cycle projects. * Experience with utility CIS platforms and testing activities in regulated utility environments. * Experience using testing tools such as Quality Center/ALM and Business Process Testing (BPT). * Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and multiple testing methodologies. * SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and reporting. * People-management experience, including coaching, staffing, and performance oversight. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), engineering, mathematics, business, or equivalent practical experience., Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We're unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time. ## Description As a Test Lead, you'll play a critical leadership role in guiding utilities through the strategy and execution of enterprise testing programs for large-scale customer information system (CIS) implementations. You'll work closely with client project leaders, E Source project managers, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure testing is disciplined, effective, and aligned to real utility business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of utility operations, enterprise technology, and quality assurance, and who brings strong judgment and structure to complex, high-stakes implementation programs.
