This role requires:

 * Advanced SAS programming expertise in a clinical data environment
 * Strong understanding of clinical trial principles and regulatory submission requirements
 * Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams
 * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
 * Demonstrated mentoring or coaching experience with junior programmers
 * Education & experience: MS or BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or a related discipline, with 10+ years (12+ for BS) of programming experience preferably in clinical trial data within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health-related industries, including some project and people management experience
 * Preferred/nice to haves: Knowledge of additional programming languages such as R or Python

## Description

* Lead programming support across multiple studies, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
 * Coordinate programming documentation and specifications, following established standards
 * Champion company values through excellence, collaboration, and accountability
 * Communicate proactively with study and project teams to clarify requirements and guide programmers
 * Lead submission-ready programming deliverables for global regulatory authority filings
 * Drive department goals and serve as a subject matter expert on key topics
 * Guide the development of direct reports through goal-setting, coaching, and mentoring
 * Contribute to hiring by screening and interviewing programming candidates
