 * Practical experience with Paradise Valley, Scottsdale & Phoenix building and zoning codes.
 * High proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup
 * Bachelor degree in Architecture

Higgins Architects is an award winning custom home architecture firm

We are seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of high end custom home experience, to be part of the design team with the principal architect to design and contribute to the production of drawings, and coordinate with consultants to deliver one of a kind exceptional traditional architectural projects. This position is ideal for an experienced designer who enjoys a collaborative environment, highly organized individual who wants to work closely with the Principal & can take a project from concept through construction.

The position could be either full time in our Old Town Scottsdale office or work with us on a contract basis, but candidates must live in the Phoenix metro area
