* You have at least 8 years of experience in software engineering.
 * You've designed, built, scaled, and maintained production services as they evolve over time
 * You have a high bar for product excellence, pairing customer obsession with comprehensive observability
 * You empower and cultivate your teammates.
 * You take pride in being up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices
 * Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., Claude, LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality

Nice to haves:

 * You've worked on active trading systems or other similar high availability financial systems
 * You actively trade crypto or other financial instruments
 * You have gone through a rapid growth in your company (from startup to mid-size).
 * You have experience upgrading significant parts of legacy systems, or re-architecting next-generation versions of existing systems
 * You've worked with Golang, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake before
