## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Medical Office Administrator / Medical Records Coordinator to support the daily operations of a busy healthcare office. The ideal candidate will have current front medical office and medical records experience, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term assignment requiring strong computer proficiency and exceptional organizational skills., * Current experience in a Front Medical Office or Medical Reception role.

 * Current experience managing medical records.
 * Strong administrative and front office experience in a healthcare setting.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
 * Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is highly preferred.
 * Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
 * Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
 * High attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
 * Reliable, professional, and interested in a long-term assignment., * Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)
 * EHR systems: 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Greet and check in patients while providing outstanding customer service.
 * Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
 * Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
 * Maintain, organize, and update patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
 * Enter and retrieve patient information using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
 * Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
 * Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, faxing, and document management.
 * Assist with correspondence and office communication using Microsoft Office applications.
 * Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies regarding patient information.
