## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Performance Lead with 10+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience to lead performance strategy for cloud-native applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This role requires hands-on expertise in performance testing, performance tuning, cloud observability, and leading a team of performance engineers., * 10+ years of Performance Testing/Performance Engineering experience

 * Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and cloud performance optimization
 * Expertise with LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), JMeter, or Gatling
 * Experience with performance testing of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems
 * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform observability tools, performance tuning, and database optimization (Cloud Spanner is a plus)
 * Experience leading a team of Performance Engineers and working with global onshore/offshore teams
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to stakeholders and leadership
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
 * Healthcare or other high-volume enterprise application experience is preferred.
