This position will be a technical and administrative resource to deploy personnel and perform quality control checks of both written and field work completed by PSP and subcontracted field technicians. This role reports directly to the Director of Service and Maintenance while interacting with all levels of management in a collaborative work environment., + Oversee and manage the work assignments for the maintenance, repair, testing and installation of access control, security system hardware, CCTV, network infrastructure, software, card readers, electronic locking hardware, linear power supplies and uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems. Ensure proper configuration and compliance with design specifications. + Collect and organize electronic documentation following each repair or preventative maintenance visit, including compiling receipts, reviewing completed checklists, obtaining client approval signature(s), composing technician reports, and other close-out documents. + Constant informed communication, including internet meetings, e-mail and telephonic contact with vendors, subcontractors, technicians, and customers to include providing technical support to technicians and job sites. + Maintain the ESS department's tracking of the status of all awarded scheduled and unscheduled service requirements. + Manage contract budgets and encumbrances. Assign contracts to invoices and ensure timely and accurate approvals.
