Key Competencies * Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. * Collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and control., * Banking project: 5 years (Required) * Custody project: 3 years (Required) * Business analysis: 7 years (Required) ## Description The Business System Analyst will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining an application that supports the firm's global custody platform, FX transactions and data lifecycle, ensuring robust operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client experience., * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for global custody application changes and new features (e.g., corporate actions, reconciliation, client reporting). * Map and maintain "as-is" and "to-be" business processes and workflows across multiple markets and asset classes. * Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Partner with operations, products, IT, and external vendors to design and implement scalable solutions for the global custody system. * Support application configuration, data validation, and integration with upstream/downstream systems related to trade capture, settlement, asset servicing, and reporting. * Define and execute test plans and test cases; support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and sign-off, ensuring high-quality releases into production. * Maintain a reusable library of test cases and business rules for key custody functions.
