Experience * At least 2 years of direct Epic application build experience, with a proven ability to analyze processes, solve problems, and contribute to the improvement of systems and solutions in a professional setting is required for Analyst level. * At least 5 years of collective experience as an Epic Associate Analyst and/or Epic Analyst, with a proven ability to analyze processes, solve problems, and contribute to the improvement of systems and solutions in a professional setting is required for the Sr. Analyst level. * Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required., * The Epic Analyst will be required to obtain Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification within 6 months of hire. * The Senior Analyst is required to hold at least two Epic Certifications/Accreditations/Proficiencies across applications. * Will be required to complete annual Epic recertification requirements (all levels). Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities * Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in a variety of decision-making scenarios. * Ability to work independently with little or no day-to-day supervision. * Ability to conceptualize the visual effect of the product and how it will be used. * Comfortable presenting in front of a group. * Good attention to detail and ability to probe for information to fully understand the needs of the customer. * Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues with a 'can do' attitude. * Strong organizational and prioritizing skills. * Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also know when to escalate issues. * Ability to work within a team and to manage conflict. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ## Description PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote position. Candidates will be required to have reliable broadband internet and personal cell phone service. Remote work may include working day-to-day operations during Pacific Standard business hours or online training. This position will be expected to take 24/7 on-call support for a week at a time in rotation with the other members of the team. On-call rotation will begin when the staff member and Team Lead feel the level of skill has been achieved to triage and support end user critical needs., The Epic Analyst designs, analyzes, develops, tests, implements, and/or provides tier two technical assistance of assigned system applications.
