This is a high-impact role responsible for driving statewide engagement strategy, leading training and capacity-building efforts, and ensuring partner alignment across a complex network of school districts, clinical providers, and system stakeholders. The Manager will operate as a strategic thought partner to program leadership while maintaining direct ownership over training strategy, stakeholder engagement, and implementation effectiveness. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, build trust across diverse communities, and ensure that engagement and training efforts translate into measurable program outcomes.
