At minimum one additional advanced certification (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, or OmniStudio Developer). * Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Salesforce DX, and OmniStudio (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification patterns, and platform optimization. * Platform Knowledge: Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions configurations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. * Leadership: Proven ability to lead scrum teams technically, conduct effective design and code reviews, mentor developers, and operate within an established architectural governance framework. Preferred Expertise * Salesforce Agentforce experience - agent configuration, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, or participation in Agentforce pilots/POCs. * Salesforce AI certifications (AI Associate, AI Specialist) or hands-on experience with Einstein GPT, Copilot, or Data Cloud. * Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Grants Management experience. * Familiarity with federal grants lifecycle - post-award monitoring, compliance, corrective actions, semi-annual reporting, closeout. * Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics), Tableau, or Data 360 semantic models. * MuleSoft integration experience or MuleSoft certification. * Prior experience on federal government Salesforce contracts * FedRAMP compliance experience in a Salesforce Government Cloud environment. * SAFe certification (SA, SSM, or SPC) or equivalent scaled agile experience. ## Description Halvik is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join the delivery team supporting the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). The Technical Lead will work in close partnership with the Principal Enterprise Architect and other Technical Leads. Core Responsibilities * Scrum Team Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for an assigned scrum. Provide hands-on technical guidance during sprint execution, conduct design reviews, make implementation decisions within the architectural framework, and remove technical blockers. Accountable for the team's code quality, technical debt management, and adherence to Salesforce platform best practices. * Agentforce AI Implementation: Lead the technical execution of the Agentforce roll-out. Design and configure Agentforce agents for compliance review automation. Define grounding strategies (chunking, semantic retrieval) and integrate agents with Salesforce Platforms including CRM Analytics and Tableau Next data layer. * Hands-On Development: Contribute directly to sprint delivery with advanced Apex development, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio configurations (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), and Experience Cloud customizations. Lead complex technical stories including cross-object automation, governor limit optimization, and large-scale data operations. * Architecture Partnership: Collaborate with the Principal Enterprise Architect on solution design, technical standards, and platform governance. Translate architectural decisions into implementable patterns for the development team. Participate in architecture review boards, provide input on technology direction (including Agentforce, Tableau Next, Data 360 semantic models), and escalate design trade-offs with supporting analysis. * Code QualityTeam Development: Establish and enforce code review standards, ensure code coverage on all deliverables, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Drive Section 508/WCAG compliance across team deliverables.
