We Value * Master's degree * Field Experience and/or IC interagency experience * Skill in using intelligence methodologies, analytic tradecraft, and IC databases. * OTC, FTC, ICAP, DSDC, AMSOC, AVS/ARM Course, or similar * 5 or more years of supervisory experience, We are required by the Department of Energy (DOE) to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review, including checks of references, credit, law enforcement records and employment/education history. Dual citizenship may affect clearance eligibility., If you have a medical portable electronic device (MedPED) - such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids or diagnostic equipment used to measure or monitor body functions - you may be required to meet NNSA security requirements if employed by us. ## Description The Intelligence Manager/NSP (National Security Programs) Program Manager will provide day to day oversight of KCNSC Intelligence function projects in compliance with Intelligence oversight laws and procedures; manage and develop direct reports; manage and provide technical expertise to the NSP Program; and coordinate department activities with risk managers, cross-functional partners, suppliers, and customers. Directly assist division leadership by positioning intelligence as a functional enabler to KCNSC core competencies and risk management processes. Achieve deliverables for customers through intelligence products and support., * Serve as Intelligence Manager and NSP Program Manager providing day to day management of Intelligence function projects and personnel in support of the DOE and Honeywell FM&T science and technology (S&T) mission at the Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC). * Ensure function work is in compliance with U.S. intelligence oversight laws and procedures, FM&T policies, customer contracts, and M&O prime contract. * Leverage expertise in a U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) recognized intelligence core competency. * Direct and conduct efforts to Identify, research, synthesize, and analyze relevant multi-source S&T and threat information. * Using analytic tradecraft and/or operational risk management methodologies, lead the production of project deliverables. Maintain acumen in manipulating a variety of IC, open source, and commercial databases. * Execute NSP activities as an intelligence technical expert, program manager, and coordinator for actions required from site leadership/risk managers. Cogently articulate pervasive threats and vulnerabilities to risk managers. * For NSP work, manage customer relations, supplier relations, and internal contract/portfolio relations in support of projects. Advise and enable portfolio, site, and NSE (Nuclear Security Enterprise) PMs on best practices. * Actively collaborate with intelligence counterparts and cross-functional stakeholders, across the IC, to facilitate the exchange of best practices and information on emerging threats and opportunities pertinent to the DOE / FM&T mission space at KCNSC. * Provide portfolio PM structure updates on intelligence function capability, paired with knowledge of IC landscape/scope, to enable the collaborative capture of direct work. * Provide/translate intelligence context to KCNSC leadership/stakeholders to augment S&T or business risk management decisions. Products include formal and informal briefings, technical products, metrics/trend analysis, decision papers, and leading stakeholder discussions. * Focus on recruiting and retaining intelligence practitioner talent through continued professionalization, training, and coaching of staff. * Directly supervises and develops employees and performs other managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work within a quality control framework; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. * Develop project plans to identify resources necessary to deliver divisional objectives on schedule and within budget. Monitors the progress of projects, reports results, and initiates corrective action as required. May perform other duties as directed by division leadership.
