* Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or a related field

 * Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
 * Experience with electronic health records and healthcare data standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR)

 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

## Description

* Collect and compile healthcare data from various sources, including electronic health records, surveys, and other databases
 * Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve patient care
 * Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of treatments and interventions
 * Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions to address them
 * Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner
 * Stay current with industry developments and best practices in data analysis and healthcare technology
 * Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
