## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
 * Minimum of 2 years' experience within metals, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
 * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
 * Knowledge of metallurgy, electronics, sensors, PLCs, HMI systems, hydraulics, or systems integration is highly desirable.
 * Experience with vacuum equipment or similar industrial technologies is advantageous.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organisational skills.
 * Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
 * Eligible to work with export-controlled products, processes, and information.
 * Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.
